This empowering series was born when photographer Ville Lehvonen wanted to show her through the lens how he sees her. In our western culture hair is seen as the crown of femininity. 
Not too long ago shaving the head was a punishment for women. Still in today’s society a woman without hair is a taboo thus boldness is to be hidden and shamed.
